Budget Talks

N-P-R's Brian Naylor reports on talks between Congressional and White House budget negotiators, who are working out details of the agreement to balance the federal budget by the year 2002. Congressional committees begin their work on the plan next week. Although it enjoys broad support, many House Democrats say they haven't decided whether to support it.
