Witness For The Prosecution

—- Host Bob Edwards talks with Professor Christopher Mueller of the University of Colorado Law School about the difficulties of using a witness such as Michael Fortier. The defense has used its cross-examination to try to show that his testimony was motivated by self-interest rather than the truth, but Mueller says his story was strong enough that it may stand up.
