Nato And Russia

—- NPR White House Correspondent Mara Liasson reports that after months of negotiations, NATO and Russia agreed on the terms of their future relationship. The pact will govern NATO's eastward expansion...this summer, the organization is expected to offer membership to Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic. Under yesterday's agreement with Russia, NATO will not move nuclear weapons or large concentrations of troops into any of these new members.
