Npr's Tom Goldman Talks To Troubled College Basketball Player,

Richie Parker. Parker was a star in high school, but after he was charged with the sexual abuse and attempted rape of a classmate, colleges withdrew their scholarship offers. He attended a community college out west where he was prohibited from the basketball team before he transferred to play for Long Island University. Parker helped Long Island get back to the NCAA tournament for the first time in 13 years, where they'll play nationally ranked Villanova today.
