David Welna Reports That The U.S. Has Issued A Warning To Tourists

not to use certain taxis in Mexico City, following a rash of muggings. Mexico says the recommendation is unnecessary...one official says that of 18 million tourists who visited last year, he knows of only 20 Americans who were robbed in taxis. But most people don't bother reporting crimes in Mexico City, where polls show that 4 out of 5 citizens completely mistrust the police force.
