Jennifer Ludden Reports Hutu Rebels Are Being Blamed For The Massacre

of more than 300 Tutsis over the weekend in Burundi... The Hutus, who make up the majority of the population, are fighting a guerilla war against their more powerful rivals, the minority Tutsis. Neighboring Rwanda experienced similar ethnic violence between the two groups in 1994.
