Robert talks with Ken Carter, the boys' basketball coach at Richmond High School in Richmond, California, about his decision to lock out his players and cancel both games and practice sessions because players were arriving late to classes, had low grade-point averages, and weren't turning in their homework. The Richmond Oilers varsity team had a record of 13 wins and no losses.
