Lawmakers will get back to work on Capitol Hill this week after a two-week spring break. Just before leaving town, Congress passed the House and Senate versions of President Barack Obama's proposed budget. Now, the two chambers must work out a final version. And they'll be dealing with a whole slew of developments that occurred while the members were away.
