Russian Weapons To Iran

NPR's Mike Shuster reports from Moscow that the Russian government has taken some steps to limit exports of missile technology to Iran, as the Clinton administration has demanded. Kremlin officials, however, say they have legitimate geo-political interests in the Caspian region, and it is not likely they will cut off all technology transfers.
