Memorial Day weekend officially kicks off the travel season, and one airline is offering tickets for the price of a couple of lattes.

Skybus Airlines is modeled after other no-frills airlines in Europe that save costs by charging passengers extra for checked bags and priority boarding. Can the a la carte system work in America?
