NPR's Martha Raddatz reports that a U-S F-16 jet fired a missile at an Iraqi anti-aircraft missile site in Southern Iraq today. The Iraqi radar guidance system locked on to four British jets patrolling the no-fly zone. All planes returned to base without further incident. Baghdad, meanwhile, accused the US of mounting a new military campaign against Iraq.
