Irish Voting

All Things Considered host Noah Adams reports on today's referendum in the Republic of Ireland and in Northern Ireland on a political settlement for the British province. Lines formed before the polls opened, and turnout was brisk. Voters in Ulster are expected to approve the peace deal. The main question that analysts and residents are asking concerns the size of the approval margin. Final results are expected Saturday.
