Sen. Specter: Roll Back Presidential Power Grabs

In The New York Review of Books, Sen. Arlen Specter (R-PA) outlines his plan to restrain the executive branch. He writes that he has some hope President Obama will be "more likely to respect the separation of powers" than his predecessor, but will introduce legislation to be sure.
