NPR's Andy Bowers reports on President Boris Yeltsin's surprise announcement dismissing his entire government, including Prime Minister Viktor Chernomyrdin (chair-noh-MEER-din). Yeltsin insists he's not abandoning market reforms, and Kremlin watchers expect the liberals will continue to play an important role in the new government.
