The FBI have arrested a former CIA employee and charged him with giving national secrets to foreign countries, which are not being identified. A federal prosecutor says Douglas Groat also is charged with trying to extort money from the CIA in return for not revealing further secrets. Authorities say, as a CIA employee, Groat had worked at breaking the secret codes of foreign government. NPR's Martha Raddatz reports.
