NPR's David Baron reports on Vice President Al Gore's latest planetary vision: an image of our the Earth in full sunlight available 24 hours a day on the Internet. The author of the eco-tome, "Earth in the Balance," Gore has convinced NASA to spend some $20 million to put up a photo-satellite and ground network to capture the image for science and global inspiration.
