Mexico Pumps Water Out

NPR's Phillip Davis reports from Mexico City on the daily struggle residents confront to meet their need for clean water. The crisis even threatens the soil upon which Mexico City sits. So much water has been taken from aquifer under Mexico City, that the city is literally sinking.
