NPR's Linda Gradstein reports that Israel has slowed development of the new settlement at Har Homa...developments that are widely believed to have derailed the peace process. But new Jewish settlement- building in the occupied Arab territories of the West Bank is booming. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu seems determined to change conditions on the ground with new Israeli colonization of the West Bank before any final peace settlement with the Palestinians goes into effect.
