Microsoft Memo

NPR's Elaine Korry reports on the latest development in the Justice Department case against Microsoft. Antitrust officials at Justice claim Microsoft has violated a consent decree the company signed in 1995. Yesterday they released a Microsoft internal memo which Justice lawyers say shows Microsoft used its dominant postion in the software industry to thwart competition.
