In Johannesburg, South Africa, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission continues hearing testimony about President Nelson Mandela's ex-wife, Winnie. She has been linked by witnesses to at least 18 human rights crimes, including eight murders. NPR's Charlayne Hunter-Gault reports on how an African National Congress committee organized to deal with the controversy surrounding Winnie Madikizela-Mandela is handling the growing crisis.
