Robert talks with Don Oberdorfer, the author of "The Two Koreas: A Contemporary History," and the journalist-in-residence at the School of Advanced International Studies at the Johns Hopkins University. They discuss Kim Dae-Jung, who won the presidential election held earlier this week in South Korea.
