Electric Test Drive

Linda talks with Natalie Neff, the assistant editor of Ward's Engine Update, an automotive industry newsletter based in South Field, Michigan. Neff has test-driven just about every electric car that has ever hit the market. She talks about the experience, the advantages and disadvantages of driving an electric car, and the eerie sensation that accompanies turning on a car with an electric engine...electric cars run silently, and it can come as a surprise to a person not familiar with the machines.
