Hong Kong's stock market suffered its biggest point loss ever today as Asia's currency crisis continued. Hong Kong's main market index plunged more than 10% as government authorities hiked interest rates in a bid to defend the only Asian currency still pegged to the dollar. NPR's Mary Kay Magistad reports.
