Bonn Climate

Dan Charles reports from Bonn that international negotiations on a treaty to curb global warming got nowhere over the past 10 days. Some negotiators say they're skeptical that national leaders will be able to sign much of anything when they finally meet on a treaty in Kyoto, Japan in December.
