Defense Secretary William Cohen has ordered the armed forces to review safety procedures, following a spate of military plane crashes. The move comes one day after two Air National Guard fighters collided off the coast of New Jersey. On Saturday, a C-141 cargo plane apparently collided with a German military plane off the coast of Africa. NPR's Martha Raddatz reports.
