A hearing officer is recommending that Sergeant Major of the Army Gene McKinney face court martial on 22 charges of sexual misconduct. The recommendations come after reviewing allegations by six women who say McKinney made improper advances toward them. The final decision on McKinney's fate rests with the commander of the Military District of Washington. But there's no deadline for action.
