Audio will be available later today.

Commentator Iain (EE-un) Guest says that the U.S. opposition to a new treaty banning the production and use of landmines undermines U.S. interests. Landmines offer little, if any, military or strategic value, and they undermine the economies of poor nations who end up spending resources healing citizens hurt by mines. They also losing valuable agricultural land. He suggests that the U.S. should rethink its decision.
