Kids & Guns

Liane talks with Kim Wade, an assistant general counsel at the Children's Defense Fund and an expert on children and violence. They discuss reports that the rate of gun-related deaths of children decreased in 1995; this marks the first decrease in a decade. They'll talk about reasons for that decrease, and whether this could be the beginning of a trend.
