Mom & Pop Drug Traders

NPR's Tom Gjelten reports on a study released today which concludes that a number of small criminal groups are steadily gaining control over the world's narcotics trade, displacing the better-known, large multinational cartels. The report was issued by Geopolitical Drugs Watch, an organization based in Paris.
