Clinton Speaks

President Clinton marked the 40th anniversary of the struggle to integrate Little Rock Central High School today with a speech about the present state of race relations. Mr. Clinton said that while segregation is no longer the law, the battle for equality in America is not over. NPR's Debbie Elliott reports.
