Rubin In China

NPR's MaryKay Magistad reports that Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin today wound up a visit to Beijing, where he met with Jiang Zemin and other top Chinese leaders. But the two sides appear no closer to agreement on tough trade issues such as when China can enter the World Trade Organization.
