Welfare Deadline: Married Couples

NPR's Korva Coleman reports that many states will fall short on an important welfare deadline tomorrow. While states have been mostly successful moving single parents into job training, they are not as successful meeting the mandated goal of placing 75% of married couples into work programs. States may face federal penalties.
