A court-appointed election officer has set aside Ron Carey's re-election as president of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Carey, fresh from leading the Teamsters in a strike against United Parcel Service will have to go through a new election and will most likely face the same opponent: James P. Hoffa, the son of the late Teamsters leader Jimmy Hoffa. NPR's Don Gonyea reports.
