McKinney

Closing arguments concluded today in the sexual harassment hearing for Sergeant Major of the Army Gene McKinney. The hearing is to determine whether McKinney, the Army's highest-ranking enlisted man, should be court-martialled. The prosecutor argued today that McKinney should be tried not just for sexual harrassment, but for rape as well. NPR's Martha Raddatz reports.
