NPR's Tom Gjelten reports on the widening rift among Bosnian Serbs. Today, the Bosnian army command split into rival factions, with top generals supporting President Biljana Plavsic, while others remain loyal to her hardline predecessor, Radovan Karadzic (KAH-rahd-JITCH). The Serb television system has also split and international officials report that the pro-Karadzic faction is increasingly desperate.
