Commentator Ralph Neas says that integration of America's communities is not an outmoded idea. He says that integration is legally and morally the right thing to do, in an attempt to unravel the pervasive damage caused by the Supreme Court's "separate but equal" doctrine. Concerns that integration programs aren't working are not taking the long-term benefits of the process into account.
