Florida Electric Chair

A Florida judge has ruled that the state's electric chair is in working order and does not constitute cruel and unusual punishment. The inmate who is next in line for execution had petitioned to have the chair banned, after flames shot out from the head piece of the chair as another prisoner was being executed in March. Susan Gage of Florida Public Radio reports.
