N. Ireland Talks

NPR's Michael Goldfarb reports on efforts in London to keep the the peace process for Northern Ireland moving forward. Over the weekend the Irish Republican Army re-newed its cease-fire. The move will permit its political arm, Sinn Fein (SHIN FAYN), to join negotiations on a political settlement for Northern Ireland. Prime Minister Tony Blair today met with the leader of the largest pro-British party to make sure that the Loyalists won't walk out of the talks.
