Robert speaks with Andrew Meier (MY-er), Time Magazine's Moscow correspondent, about the pressure on Boris Yeltsin to sign a law that would limit religious freedom for some groups, despite a threat by the US Senate to withhold $200 million in aid to Russia. According to Meier, Kremlin insiders say that Yeltsin is afraid of the tremendously popular Russian Patriarch Alexis II, who supports the law.
