Tobacco Talks

Linda talks with NPR's Debbie Elliott about developments today in talks between anti-smoking advocates and tobacco industry representatives. They're trying to work out an agreement that would make radical changes in laws pertaining to tobacco use, and which could provide for a settlement plan that would provide for medical care for smokers.
