Mental Abnormality Vs. Illness

Robert talks with Dr. Howard Zonana (zoh-NANNA), a professor of psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine. His is also the former chair of the American Psychiatric Association's task force on sexually dangerous offenders. They discuss the implications of today's Supreme Court ruling on 'sexual predators', and the ways this law could influence the legal treatment of people with sexual and psychiatric problems.
