Scotus: Rfra

Linda talks with A.E. Dick Howard, a professor of constitutional law at the University of Virginia, and Oliver "Buzz" Thomas, special counsel for the National Council of Churches. They discuss today's Supreme Court decision to strike down a 1993 law that curbed government interference with the spiritual lives of Americans. Howard thinks the Supreme Court's decision was the right one; Thomas disagrees.
