Schorr On Rfra

Senior news analyst Daniel Schorr says that in the Supreme Court's ruling today, striking down the Religious Freedom and Restoration Act represents not so much a ruling on the separation of church and state, but an exercise of judicial restraint on the interpretation of the Constitution by Congress.
