Linda talks with Leonard Garment, former White House Counsel to President Richard Nixon, and the author of "Crazy Rhythm: My Journey from Brooklyn, Jazz and Wall Street to Nixon's White House, Watergate, and Beyond." (Random House, 1997). They discuss the implications of today's Supreme Court ruling. The decision effectively states that President Clinton is not immune to a sexual harassment lawsuit that was brought against him before he took the office of the presidency, and proceedings against him do not have to wait until he leaves office in 2001.
