Daoud Released

Linda talks with Daoud Kuttab, director of the Institute of Modern Media at al-Quds University. Kuttab discusses his release from a Palestinian jail after being held a week without being charged. Because he is an American citizen, the U.S. State Department joined human rights activists and others calling for his release. Kuttab said he was never told why he was being detained, but he assumes it had something to do with his live broadcast of Palestinian Legislative Council meetings.
