Marshall Plan & Bosnia

Commentator Iain (EE-un) Guest says there are parallels and differences between the Marshall Plan, which revived Europe after the Second World War, and aid for the reconstruction of war-torn Bosnia. So far the experiment with Bosnia isn't yielding anything like the success of the Marshall Plan.
