Hindenburg Anniversary

Sixty years ago this evening, the Zeppelin Company's huge and glamourous airship, the Hindenburg, burst into flame and crashed at the Naval Air Station at Lakehurst, New Jersey. Radio reporter Herb Morrison was at the scene and was describing the airship's arrival to an audience just getting used to hearing the news on the radio. ((STEREO))
