Yeltsin In Germany

NPR's Edward Lifson reports from Berlin on today's summit meeting between German Chancellor Helmut Kohl and Russian President Boris Yeltsin. Following the summit, Yeltsin told a news conference that Russia will sign an agreement with NATO on May 27th...but that some issues are un-resolved and much discussion remains. The two also said they had made progress toward settling a dispute over German art treasures taken back to Russia following the end of the second World War.
