In Kisangani

The BBC's Martin Dawes reports that the United Nations aid operation in Kisangani, Zaire has been suspended. The rebel army stopped all aid movement near Kisangani after several villagers were killed. Locals are blaming Rwandan refugees. The rebels are denying the aid workers access to camps, and increasing incidents of looting are jeopardizing assistance.
