Palestinian Economy

NPR's Eric Weiner reports that the Palestinians are busy building a support system for an independent state— a police force, an international airport, even a stock exchange. But they've been unable to jump-start the local economy, partly because it's so closely tied to Israel and thus, Israeli-Palestinian peace.
